★ PERSONALIZATION — PLEASE READ ★
• Name / caption text: up to 20 characters.
• Your pet's photo: please send ONE clear, bright photo (JPG or PNG), at least 1,000 × 1,000 pixels and under 100 MB — 2,000 × 2,000 pixels or larger prints sharpest, and a pet facing the camera works best. Send it on Etsy via Etsy Messages right after ordering; on Shopify by replying to your order confirmation email.
• Longer text will be printed smaller to fit the design, so short and sweet looks best!
